UX Researcher, International Growth

We’re looking for UX Researchers to help define the future of our products, set strategies, and develop a culture of research driven user experience. We have offices in San Francisco, Miami, Malta, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan, and while this role is listed in San Francisco, we are remote-first and believe in you working wherever you work best.

We are seeking an experienced UX researcher to help us augment growth initiatives and dive deeper with testing, focused mostly on the Retail experience. In this role you will provide insights around the way customers think about crypto to help them continuously grow in their confidence, knowledge, and applied understanding of crypto and DeFi concepts. And as an instrumental part of the team, you'll also advising on roadmaps and key decision-making in support of crypto customers and how they seamlessly buy, sell, and trade crypto with confidence. Success will be measured by designing, executing, and sharing out research cross-company which helps to move the needle on user-centric and growth KPIs, as well as being an ambassador for integrating research across teams.
