UX Researcher intern

Your role during the internship

As a UX Research Intern, your role will be to support the Product team in their research activities. You’ll work closely with the UX Researcher, UX Designers and Product Managers to help improve the user experience, by providing insights about the users: their behaviors, needs and expectations towards our B2B platform.

(4-6 months internship minimum)

Responsibilities

• Assist the UX Researcher in the daily research system activities: 
  • Planning and scoping research
  • Conducting discovery and evaluative research with a variety of methods: interviews, usability tests, surveys…
  • Analyzing user feedback and create insights
  • Socializing and communicating on the insights
  • Managing the user panel and recruiting test participants
• Collaborate with various teams (Product, UX Design, Engineering, Customer-facing teams) to ensure successful feedback collection and analyses.
• Contribute to continuous discovery by managing our research repository (Dovetail) to feed the product roadmap with insights.
• Academic Research: There is a possibility to conduct academic research study for a Master’s Degree in collaboration with Dataiku UX Researcher, if a common theme is identified.

Who you are

• English fluent - with proficient writing level
• Recently graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Anthropology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Research/Design, and/or relevant field of study
• Great communication skills (both written and oral), able to clearly articulate and present insights and concepts
• Able to work with diverse teams and in engaging people
• Open to new ideas and topics. Capable of acting quickly and delivering promptly
