What you’ll do:

  • Conduct user research: Plan, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and user behavior analysis. 
  • Gather and interpret user insights: Translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for the design, development, and optimization of our eCommerce platform. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to align on research goals, prioritize research efforts, and influence product strategy and decision-making. 
  • Usability testing: Organize and conduct usability testing sessions to identify areas for improvement and validate design decisions. 
  • Monitor and analyze user behavior: Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track user behavior and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for enhancement. 
  • Communicate findings: Present research findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner through reports, presentations, and other relevant means to ensure that learnings lead to high impact actions being taken across the organization. 

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, User Experience Design, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience or strong indicators of interest inUX Research, preferably in an eCommerce or digital product environment. 
  • Solid knowledge of user research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research techniques, usability testing, and survey design. 
  • Proficiency in research tools and software, such as usability testing platforms, analytics tools, and survey tools. 
  • You enjoy bringing research learnings and understanding to a range of stakeholders, many of whom are new to using UX research to steer their day to day business and higher level strategies. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
