As a UX Researcher, you will conduct complex research projects with autonomy and a high-quality bar. You are passionate about identifying the research questions behind problems and investigating them via the right methods. You know how to transform complex information into visual, digestible, and actionable insights.

What you'll do:

  • Lead research projects aimed at understanding and improving employees’ experiences.
  • Generate insights and recommendations based on research findings.
  • Communicate insights between teams with report decks, short-form findings, and live presentations.
  • Work in collaboration to define research questions and recommend the appropriate methodology to gather insights.
  • Execute on the entirety of research projects, including planning, kickoff calls, stakeholder alignment, recruitment, conducting the research, synthesis, and findings delivery.
  • Create research artifacts to align organization on key user personas, journeys, and experiences.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor of Master degree in Arts and/or Design or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a UX Researcher with digital products. Experience moderating user interviews, usability tests, focus groups, and concept-tests
  • Demonstrated experience and high-level proficiency of visual design such as layout, color, typography and interaction
  • Ability to clearly present and articulate design decisions, participate in peer design critiques, and incorporate feedback into the next iteration
  • Proficiency with industry standard design tools for user interface design and prototyping
  • Experience with conducting qualitative user experience research at a B2B SaaS
  • Ability to execute on work assignments using established design processes
  • Actively seek to understand the usability impact of design solutions in qualitative/quantitative ways
  • Ability to follow defined design guidelines and best practices to insure a consistent and intuitive experiences
  • You can demonstrate the ability to develop deep empathy with users
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Experience with survey writing and analysis, quantitative usability testing familiarity
  • Excited about storytelling and experimenting in how to build empathy with the user across the organization.
  • Comfortable conducting research at any stage of the design process, employing generative and evaluative methods
  • Has collaborated with data science or business analyst teams to leverage data to contextualize qualitative insights
  • Resourceful, able to adapt and context-switch
