UX Researcher

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join our team. You will be responsible for helping reveal what our users need from our products by conducting discovery research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies. These responsibilities also include inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the team better understand what would make a user’s experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.

• Plan and execute generative and evaluative UX research studies.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative usability testing sessions with customers.
• Work closely with designers, product managers and engineers to identify and evaluate research topics.
• Gather and analyze data.
• Design and present clear research deliverables.
• Promote a user-centric culture company-wide.

• 3+ more years of experience as a UX Researcher.
• Experience in working with agile teams and sprint set-ups.
• Strong portfolio with relevant work and ability to showcase it and present it.
• Ability to quickly and effectively share research results.
• Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluation, and iteration.
• Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions.
• Experience with in-person and remote testing tools.
• Experience with a variety of UX research methodologies.
• Excellent time-management skills.
