You will join a dedicated, nimble team that is helping Atlassian achieve its mission, which is to unleash the potential of teams all over the world. In this role, you'll drive and conduct research that informs our ultimate mission and the evolution of our best loved products (including Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Bitbucket).
We have more than 10M users all around the world—and teams (massive and small) depend on our software to do their work. As a UX Researcher at Atlassian, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Work on a variety of research methodologies from qualitative to quantitative, and work across the entire research lifecycle.
- Be a part of an international and highly skilled research team.
- Gain valuable exposure to the design and product development process by working with multidisciplinary agile teams, including product managers, designers and engineers.
- Get experience with the operations of scaling research in a fast-paced, international organization.
We'll expect you to:
- Be currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelors, Masters, or PhD program and graduating by June 2022
- Have a real passion for user-centered research
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team
- Have demonstrated some experience conducting and synthesizing research
