UX Research Working Student / Internship (F/M/X)

Each industry owes something to our planet - for ours this means executing the transition towards fully electrified mobility. For some reason, many still believe that the switch will happen by just swapping the gas tank for a battery. But it won’t.

Elli’s goal is to build the leading platform for all charging related services in Europe. Right now we provide our customers with access to a rapidly growing network of more than 300k public charging stations all over Europe. In the upcoming years we want to become one of the leading providers for eco-friendly smart-home products and disrupt the energy market by leveraging the possibilities of electromobility.

We are looking for a passionate UX Research Working Student / Intern to join our design team to jointly envision, design and build Elli’s portfolio of software services on mobile and web. At Elli you will be part of a vibrant and growing design organization while working closely with your peers from product and engineering in a culture of knowledge sharing and agile collaboration.

• You are gaining experience on a multitude of UX research methodswith the support from our team and exposure to UX designtopics on a daily basis.
• You are planning and conducting quantitative andqualitative research with actual and potential users for our B2C and/orB2B products.
• You are consolidating the results of the research intoan understandable and presentable format and are partnering withstakeholders to turn the discovered insights into actionable items tochange our products for the better, using state-of-the-art tools like Dovetail and Figma.
• You are conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and userfriendliness to solvecomplexdesign problems.
• You are getting to know our product portfolio and are integrating insights from users atdifferent stages of theproductdesign process.

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in research,design, human-computer interaction or other relevant fields.
• You enjoy conducting research, professionally or withinprojects, for tactical and strategicaltopics and are passionate about using the discovered insights to driveproducts with intuitive experiences forward.
• You like spending time with your peers from engineeringand product to find solutions together as one team.
• Youare getting stuff done! You have great organizational andanalytical skills witha strongtechnical understanding.
• You are able to provide a brief explanation inyour application asto why youare a good fit for this role, ideally while showcasing your portfolio of projects in UX research.
• You are interested in joining the team for atleast 5 months, part-time as a working studentor full-time as an intern.
• You are familiar with using tools like Dovetail, Figmaand the likes.
• You are fluent in German and English.
