Understanding customers is at the heart of what we do, using insights to drive product innovation. The UX Research Operations Program Manager, part of Creative + Design Operations, will be essential in enabling quality research at MongoDB, with the chance to truly influence how research happens and improves the quality and success of our products and services.
In this role you’ll partner with our UX Research Operations Lead and Director of UX Research to mature the practice of research at MongoDB. You’ll create alignment across research activities by developing common processes and standard templates, exploring purposeful tooling, and facilitating productive, goal-driven conversations. As a key member of the research operations team, you will have the opportunity to lean on your strengths and interests to own and shape different aspects of research operations.
This role can be based remotely in the North America region.
