Weâre looking for an experienced research manager with deep knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research, analytics, business and technology understanding, and a vision of how a research team must grow in a fast-paced organization. A proactive leader at the core, capable of building strategies, analyzing the product from a top perspective, finding needs, and driving execution.
You will report to our DesOps director and work alongside Service Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and a large group of Product Designers across the entire company. Leveraging all your research passion into a product that will make a difference in the hospitality industry.

Bookings, payments, operations, guest management â everything a hotel needs to operate can be done through our solution. We work with some amazing hotels, including Sage Hospitality Group, Machefert Group, The Student Hotel, and Tsogo Sun Hotels.
