UX Program Manager

Location Details:

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.​

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

What you'll get to do...

GoDaddy is looking for a Senior Project Manager (Front-of-Site) to join the Program Management team. In this role, you will lead and structure projects spanning strategy, research, creative and delivery.

Plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects with creative, research, strategy and UX teams to produce amazing customer experiences for GoDaddy.com. Focus on goals and solutions both large and small. Become the focal point for delivery across a series of work-streams while still keeping up-to-date on daily project activities.

Work closely with discipline leads to develop quarterly roadmap and capacity planning within the UX team. Be prepared to meet deliverable requirements, assess change and risk management, and frequently oversee a number of projects.

Your experience should include...

• Experience delivering best in class digital experiences for industry leading companies
• 5+ years’ experience in project management with experience establishing programs, supporting design teams and developing relationships
• Able to identify and drive design initiatives forward that have multiple partners and many moving parts 
• An ability to manage multiple project tracks with a firm command of project management processes and methodologies. 
• You have experience in defining scope for digital deliverables, communicating requirements and dependencies, and proactively identifying project roadblocks.
• Self-motivated. Able to work independently with minimal supervision 
• Knowledge in inputing creative tickets and running requests against sprint process 
• Ensure that all pieces of the request are delivered within the expected timeframe 
• Excellent organizational skills with very high attention to detail 
• You consistently manage expectations, schedules, budgets and scopes—organization, attention to detail is essential.
• You have an ability to motivate, support and understand your project teams.
• Ability to facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives, and establish clear next steps with owners, and resolving blocks that impede progress.  
• BONUS: Have a design eye – appreciation for good aesthetics and ability to distinguish when design solutions are up to creative standards
