UX Designer

Our team built the fraud prevention and compliance infrastructure that scaled both Coinbase and Revolut. Location:

You will:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, developers, designers, and writers to help define project goals and requirements; analyze empirical data, usability findings, market research, and proven UX principles to rationalize and prioritize these requirements

• Build flows, wireframes, prototypes, diagrams, and design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors

• Help refine the architecture, user interface, and end-to-end experience to improve the customer journeys through Adobe.com

• Present design work to teams and managers for review and feedback

• Participate in user research to guide design decisions (contextual inquiry, usability testing, competitive analysis, etc.) and collaborate/communicate results to the teams

Qualifications:

• We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating to tackle complex problems and makes design decisions based on user research, testing, and industry standards

• 4+ years experience in UX/UI design with tools like Figma

• In-depth knowledge of HTML and CSS is recommended

• Customer-focused, with experience using design research methods to uncover customer insights

• Fluency in best practices for web-based (Desktop/mobile)information architecture and design, as well as a solid understanding of usability principles and techniques

• A collaborative attitude, excellent partnership skills, and leading product team with PMs and Engineering lead
