We are seeking a creative problem-solver who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user-centered design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the technical know-how to work seamlessly with our development team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand user requirements and business objectives
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
- Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that prioritize simplicity and ease of use
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across the platformIterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and best practices in UX design
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in a SaaS or software product environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design process and solutions
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar
- Experience with prototyping tools
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for creating delightful and intuitive user experiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing for healthtech or medical software is a plus
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and designing for diverse user needs
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for better collaboration with development teams
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard design
