THE OPPORTUNITY
About you (don't worry if you don't have this whole list- we expect you to learn with us).
- Expert level Figma user, ideally applied to enterprise SaaS products.
- Understanding of enterprise SaaS product requirements and limitations.
- Comfort working in an agile, fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality work.
- Available to work PST and collaborate with a global team of engineers, PMs and Designers.
- Strong attention to detail, especially around user experience
- Understanding of JavaScript, Java, React, and AI-enabled technologies.
- Education in Design, HCI, or related field a plus
Overview of role:
The team is dedicated to improving the experience of today's Support professionals while helping companies serve and retain their customers through intelligent escalations, proactive interactions, and problem resolutions. As a part of our client's Product Management team, their UX Designer will design visualizations, workflows, interactions, and collaborate with a Product Manager to own the workflow for one of their products. If you are driven to engage users and build products that will help people be more successful in their jobs using the power of AI, they want to talk with you!
How your work will support our client's growth:
- Conceptualize and specify user flows, interfaces, interactions, and overall experiences via mockups, diagrams, and prototypes.
- Translate your user insight into user journeys, workflows, and overall experiences via sketches, wireframes, high fidelity designs and prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, product marketers, and customers to understand user needs and deliver quality user experiences.
- Understand usability metrics to prioritize feature development and improvement timelines.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate usability and functionality.
- Research workflows and user processes and habits around support and customer service in order to design products that best meet evolving customer needs.
- Align with internal design processes and habits, collaborating with colleagues, in order to have a company-wide approach to design.
- Apply both big-picture design thinking and attention to detail to complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
