UX Designer

·3-4 years’ experience in UX design with a proven track record of success, including experience in designing mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications

·Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical and impactful design solutions

·Nimbleness: the ability to turn around rigorous wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups quickly in an iterative environment

·Proactively engage with multiple project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and other designers, in drafting and brainstorming initial concepts

·Conduct primary and/or secondary research, as well as quick rounds of usability tests

·Strive to elevate the product by crafting elegant visual design systems from modern UI patterns and trends, from concept to execution

·Ability to clearly articulate a problem space and design solutions that meet user’s needs and business goals

·Ability to think holistically about how the UI will scale in the future and integrate with other systems

·Support and collaborate with development teams throughout the implementation cycle

·Articulate and present strategy behind design decisions and participate in regular peer reviews

·Knowledge of how design impacts development; a knack for constructing dynamic, interactive designs that are technically feasible and prudent

·Comfortable working in an agile environment

·Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

·Fluency with industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe suite, Axure RP, etc

·Experience in project management using tools like Zoho Projects, Jira etc.

Masters/Bachelors’ Degree in HCI related disciplines such as User Experience, Interaction Design etc
