About the role:
EasyPost is seeking a Product Designer to join our design team. You will be responsible for all aspects of user experience, including but not limited to user research, user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes, and iterating in a highly dynamic agile development environment. What You Will Do:
o Work closely with product owners and fellow designers to drive compelling user experiences across multiple platforms and customer segments
o Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes
o Identify UX inefficiencies and leverage data to support proposed improvements
o Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to existing and new functions and features.
o Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
o Ensure the design vision is executed accurately during the development process.
About You:
o 2+ years of UX design experience
o Experience working for a high-growth SaaS or e-commerce company preferred
o A solid grasp of UCD and agile methodologies
o Experience participating in or facilitating user research, user testing, or A/B testing sessions
o Experience using design applications such as Figma (preferred)
o Visual design/digital illustration skills a plus
o Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, product managers, and engineers.
o Ability to work autonomously but able to work well within a team
o Accessibility and component level design experience a plus
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
