Role Overview:

We are searching for a UX Designer, a role focused on enhancing and expanding our core product and user experience. Your mission: Collaborating with cross-functional teams you’ll create seamless user journeys and advocate for user centric design.

Responsibilities will include:

Creating innovative design solutions for a wide variety of product design challenges, including mobile (iOS and Android) and web apps
Developing high-level, detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Collaborating with product, engineering, and other departments to brainstorm and create low and high-fidelity mock-ups (in Figma)
Rapidly iterating - learn about a problem and come up with low-fidelity mock-ups the same day, get feedback, and finalize by the next day to build high-fidelity mock-ups
Continuously evolving the brand and quality of designs
Conducting user testing and interviews to understand user needs, expectations, and goals
Optimizing and simplifying the user experience and the design of the user interface

Who you are:

Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for the implementation of designs
Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or 5+ years equivalent professional experience
3+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role
Proficient in Figma
Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter and self-motivated

Bonus:

Experience working in a startup, cryptocurrency, trading, or consumer finance
Experience crafting illustrations for products
