Responsibilities

Designing the Binance Earn web and app experiences with the aim of providing the best investing experience for users.
Demonstrating outstanding visual expression skills, mastering various design styles, illustration techniques, and product capabilities.
Staying informed about the current state of digital finance, actively identifying user experience issues, and continuously improving the experience through data analysis.
Focusing on building user-friendly products with low barriers to entry in the market.
Conducting regular market research and UX/UI reviews to elevate the product experience to the next level.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Product Design.
A portfolio showcasing your design process, conceptual ability, and examples in UX/UI and product design.
Comfortability navigating ambiguity, tight deadlines, and shifting requirements.
Strong cross-functional communication skills to advocate for your designs.
Sharp attention to detail and mastery of your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
