In the UX Research team, our mission is to bring and advocate for the user’s voice and turning our learning into actionable insights.

The newly launched UX Research team plays a key role in crafting the future of on-demand delivery at Stuart. Within this team, you will help, guide and inform the product teams as well as the entire company to design and develop better innovative, practical, usable, and delightful products and experiences for our users. You'll have a significant impact producing quality researches and turning insights into actions.

You’ll participate to inspire change at all stages of product development by delivering compelling, written, in-person and visual presentations of qualitative and quantitative findings and influencing with an informed point of view. You will also have the chance to conduct lots of generative research.

You will be involved in several aspects of our product's lifecycle and help drive its continuous evolution by providing user insights and data to support business and product decisions.

The role will report to Nassime, and work closely with Sandrine.

What will I be doing? 🤔

  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders from Tech and Product (Product Management, Product Design, Engineering) and other user researchers to identify and prioritize research opportunities
  • Define, plan, conduct and share rigorous end-to-end user research, using the right set of methodologies.
  • Ensure to turn learning into actionable insights, to distill data-informed recommendations, and by doing so, ensure the research's impact.
  • Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways to a broad and diverse audience 
  • Understand what the problem is the team trying to solve and align the user research methods to this to help inform the decision making to take action

What do we need from you? 😎

  • You have 2+ years of professional experience conducting and leading qualitative and/or quantitative research (experience in a B2B SaaS company and/or Logistics field is a plus) 
  • You have comprehensive experience in research design using qualitative and quantitative methods
  • You demonstrated skills for collaborating closely with other researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • You are able to work across multiple projects and prioritize research demands.
  • You are a clear and concise communicator, as well as an engaging and persuasive storyteller.
