User Research Operations Manager (x/f/m)

As we are growing our 50+ design team, we are looking for a User Research Operations Manager that will help scale design effectively by empowering user researchers to elevate the user research practice at Doctolib. This is a hybrid role that combines efficiency through scale with acumen in creative operations and project management. 

You´ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that is located in Berlin, Milan and Paris working with Product Designers, Brand Designers, UX Writers, User Researchers and Design Ops. You will join a mission-driven, ambitious and talented design team. The team is defined by their values: acceptance, authenticity, and openness.

Your mission

• Define and run the overall User Research Operations practice (scaling, intake, capacity planning, tooling, process optimization)
• Define and manage strategic initiatives that improve team efficiency, scale and impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, researchers, writers, and product managers to ensure a smooth product development process
• Establish and drive a communication strategy to keep the design team and partner teams informed and aligned on priorities and risks
• Foster stakeholder trust, build bridges and champion design within the overall organization

Your skills

• You have a minimum of 3 years experience as a user research operations manager, project manager or program manager with experience establishing programs and developing relationships
• You have experience in agile practices
• You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• You have experience collaborating with a team of designers and/or researchers through the full product development lifecycle
• You are proficient in English

About the remote policy at Doctolib

As of October 2021, we provide 3 working modes:

• Remote: you work remotely and meet your team at the office once a month
• Hybrid: you work remotely 2 to 3 days per week and from the office on the other days.
• Office-based: you work from the office.
