As the first user experience researcher at Limbic, you’ll work on bringing our improving the patient and therapist experience. What do clients struggle with while they are in therapy? What do therapists keep looking for that we can automate?

Ideally, you have experience working in a startup environment and can collaborate cross-functionally with UI designers and engineering. You can identify areas for improvement, come up with possible solutions and proposals, as well as iterate, implement, and drive releases that improve the product. Your insights will drive the future of Limbic's products.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience working in human factors or user experience research

Preferred qualifications:

  • Masters or equivalent industry experience in clinical psychology
  • Experience in human factors, design, and qualitative research.
  • Experience delivering high-quality software products.
  • Knowledge of statistics and the principles of experimental design.
