Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall Derivative product design, including interface design, user experience design and interaction design
Deeply understand user needs through user research and data analysis, proposing design improvement plans
Collaborate closely with product manager and development teams to ensure the implementation of design solutions
Participate in design reviews, providing professional design opinions and suggestions
Stay updated with design trends and industry dynamics to continuously enhance design skills and innovations

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in product design, preferably in crypto industry, internet and fin-tech companies
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and familiar with prototyping tools like Principle and Axure
Excellent visual design and interaction design skills with a deep understanding of user experience
Strong communication skills and team spirit, with the ability to effectively drive cross-departmental collaborations
Strong project management skills with the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks
Those who love motion design or illustration are preferred
