As a new Strapi UI/UX & brand designer, you will be responsible of the creation of new web pages, article illustrations, and marketing campaign promotion whilst adhering to and participating in Strapi’s evolving Brand Guidelines.

You will work closely with the Head of Design, Project Manager, Front end developer and other marketing team members to put to life new projects, concepts, and ideas.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent visual design skills, a great understanding of design system and the components first approach, and be proficient in graphic design software such as Figma / Sketch & Illustrator.

This role is remote.

To ensure — +/- 2 hours from CET timezone.

Conceptualizing creative ideas.

Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices.

Creating, maintaining, and updating a solid design system for the Strapi Website

Designing visual illustration and imagery for websites and marketing promotions while ensuring that they are in line with the company branding.

Working with a component-based content management system.

Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.

Designing scalable sample web pages

You have a relevant diploma in a related field and a portfolio showcasing your works.

Excellent graphic design skills, with a good understanding of typography, and responsive layout.

Proficiency in graphic design software including Figma or Sketch / Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.

Good understanding of content management systems.

Creative and open to new ideas.

Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.

Excellent communication skills.

Skills for print works and good understanding of the CMJN colors.

Skills in motion design & animations is a plus.
