• Someone who has experience in Web and Mobile applications (including tablets), on multiple platforms (iOS, Android) and has used these skills to produce stunning interfaces. Someone who truly understands the art of storytelling and loves smooth narration of concepts and solutions. A person who understand the role of innovation in design, development and implementation. And has an attitude of willingness to go the extra mile in the pursuit of perfection and enthusiasm to bring in a positive change in this ever-evolving world of design.
• Experience in designing interfaces from start to finish including the development process. Adept at execution of design systems and developing detailed UI design style guides.
• Knowledge of brand research, brand architecture creation, stakeholder interviews/user surveys, user persona creation, and competitor analysis. And have been actively involved in pitches who can take responsibility for new business wins. Rationalize design solutions to ensure alignment with the client's vision, business context and project KPIs.
• Built strong relationships and operating rhythms to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed. Basic consulting skills aimed at building trust, and experience of providing cohesive and customizable design recommendations.
• Employed creativity, consumer empathy and business thinking from a user interface standpoint. Provided insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Constantly upskilled by participating in educational opportunities, reading and writing professional publications and participating in various design seminars with an ingrained art of storytelling.
• Communicate clearly and have a high degree of influence with all kinds of internal & external partners. The ability to effectively understand the requirements of various stakeholders, and work both collaboratively and autonomously.
