UI Designer

As a UI designer, you will become an integral part of our creative team, responsible for creating and communicating the visual language and design patterns of our games, creating original layouts and mobile screens while working in a diverse multidisciplinary team of game and UX designers, tech artists, motion designers, 3D, animators and illustrators. You will work closely with the creative director, project manager as well as the product owner. You should feel comfortable handling critique and praise. You must be driven and disciplined. 

Must take time to truly understand the needs and requirements of our stakeholders and established audience

You live and breathe graphic design, typography and beauty  

Ability to turn wireframes into original layouts with pixel perfect execution

Must be able to present ideas in a compelling intuitive language and format that people understand

Document and communicate design decisions for the team and stakeholders

Design new features and iterate on existing ones

Partner with UX designers to ensure that proposed ideas are doable and in line with our tech requirements

Hand off organized documents with very little room for assumptions 

Maintain Design Systems current and come up with new, better ways to help bridge the gap between creative and tech

Prototype ideas if a still image is not enough

Work with little supervision

Communicate, communicate, communicate
