This is the role for you, if you're excited to work on the things listed below:

Designing beautiful, high fidelity flows for mobile, tablet and desktop
illustration and motion graphics
Creating and updating components within the design system
Pairing with Product Designers, Engineers and Product Managers to enhance the experience and visual delight inside the app

The skills you will need to be successful in the above:

3+ years professional experience
Portfolio demonstrating strong capabilities across Visual Design, Interaction Design and Design Systems
Strong visual skills, with experience translating and applying brand guidelines to in-app use
Experience designing end to end flows for complex B2C applications
Familiar delivering designs and creating documentation to developers
Experience working with Figma Design System and iOS Mobile patterns
Experience designing for cross platform products and services (desktop, tablet, phone)

Ideal qualities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. They are able to clearly rationalise intent behind design decisions
Strong self starter who is able to self organise and drive initiatives without a lot of support.
They are happy to collaborate with designers, stakeholders, engineers and product managers.
Comfort with some ambiguity. They are able to help move the team forward, bringing a pragmatic mindset.
Willing to overlap with European CET working hours (9-6pm)
