This is the role for you, if you're excited to work on the things listed below:

• Designing beautiful, high fidelity flows for mobile, tablet and desktop
• illustration and motion graphics
• Creating and updating components within the design system
• Pairing with Product Designers, Engineers and Product Managers to enhance the experience and visual delight inside the app

The skills you will need to be successful in the above:

• 3+ years professional experience
• Portfolio demonstrating strong capabilities across Visual Design, Interaction Design and Design Systems
• Strong visual skills, with experience translating and applying brand guidelines to in-app use
• Experience designing end to end flows for complex B2C applications
• Familiar delivering designs and creating documentation to developers
• Experience working with Figma Design System and iOS Mobile patterns
• Experience designing for cross platform products and services (desktop, tablet, phone)
  
  

Ideal qualities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. They are able to clearly rationalise intent behind design decisions
• Strong self starter who is able to self organise and drive initiatives without a lot of support.
• They are happy to collaborate with designers, stakeholders, engineers and product managers.
• Comfort with some ambiguity. They are able to help move the team forward, bringing a pragmatic mindset.
• Willing to overlap with European CET working hours (9-6pm)

Nice to have:

• Bachelors Degree in design or equivalent
• Experience working in Consumer facing educational apps
• Animation and prototyping skills
• Documentation of design system
