SUMMARY
We’re looking for an energetic and independent Technical Writer to join us spread the magic of Wiz. In this role you will get the chance to own a wide variety of documentation tasks both small and large. If you believe in the power of clear communication, possess an exacting eye for detail, and want to join a strong team with a “can do” attitude, your place is with us!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Working hand-in-glove with Product Managers (PMs) to expand and maintain customer-facing documentation, keeping it aligned with the product in terms of both functionality and appearance
- Assisting PMs and developers to review product micro-copy
- Assisting PMs and other subject matter experts to prepare technical presentations on new features
- Collaborating with stakeholders throughout the company to review sensitive writing such as root cause analyses and migration notices
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- At least three years of experience in a technical writing role
- Some sort of technical background, be it educational (a STEM degree) or professional (development, QA, analytics, etc.)
- Mother-tongue level English and fantastic written communication skills
- Bonus: experience in security and/or delivering SaaS
- Bonus: experience working with and managing docs-as-code infrastructure
