We’re on the lookout for a technical writer to help us build and maintain Pipedrive’s knowledge base in our Tallinn office. This is a critical role that spans multiple areas across the organization. You’ll get the chance to work with our awesome product growth team, reporting directly to the head of experience optimization and working closely with the product team and business leaders. If you enjoy unraveling technical details and transforming them into easily digestible, user-friendly articles that empower others, we’d love to meet you!

Your new adventure:

Create and maintain product documentation for customers within the knowledge base and contextual help panel through a content management system
Collaborate with other teams within Pipedrive to ensure new product updates are covered
Respond to and manage internal requests
Collaborate with the localization team to ensure new and updated articles are translated into support core languages (EN, PT, ES, FR, DE)
Smoothly navigate the planning, writing, and editing process to ensure on-time delivery
Ensure knowledge base information is clear, fast to access, and meaningful, with the objective of increasing page views per ticket
Regularly review content and report trends or areas needing improvement
Manage and respond to feedback left on content
Contribute to discovering and testing the best ways to present information to our target audience

Does this sound like you?

Proven working experience with content writing and management
Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with strong attention to detail
Strong writing, editing, and English language skills (proficiency or native-level English is a plus)
Passion for creating great content
Ability to break down complex concepts into engaging and easily digestible content
Good understanding of how language choice affects the intended audience
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
