ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Technical Writer, you are responsible for the creation and accuracy of specific pieces of documentation that support service and repair of fitness equipment at Peloton. In this role, you will develop new as well as interpret existing technical information to craft documents, processes and procedures that ensure repair technicians can successfully diagnose and repair Peloton equipment in the field.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Provide input to help shape innovative learning and development documentation aimed at driving the highest impact and quality
Ensure documentations supports the needs of our repair program
Maintain up to date processes and procedures
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Software and Member Support teams to identify and deliver improvement to Peloton’s repair training program and initiatives in the a practical learning environment
Evaluate documentation effectiveness and calibrate across the network of 3PL repair providers to ensure documentation supports positive experiences
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for system or product testing, instructional design feedback, and proposed process improvements

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

2+ years of successful training documentation development experience, including experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) to assist in managing learning materials
2+ years of successful training content experience, including in-person and virtual training experiences
2+ years in operations experience working with or around repair technicians
Expertise in preparing course materials, assembling resources, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement
Expertise in G-Suite products (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) and reporting tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects to meet deadlines
Place importance on keeping their knowledge up-to-date for the latest tools and trends in the market
Occasional travel with notice may be required
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement
