Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT staff to identify documentation needs in terms of content and format
- Develop a variety of technical documents, including user guides, training manuals, process documentation, service descriptions, policies, and procedures
- Assuring the quality of existing and newly created documents
- Maintain the document repository to ensure easy access and retrieval of information
- Recommend and implement improvements, including the automation of documentation development processes
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in technical documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in drafting and/or editing technical and user IT documentation
- Experience in processes mapping
- Experience in maintaining document repositories
- Excellent written skills
- Proficient command of the English language (at a minimum level of C1)
- Structured thinker, able to break down complexity in an understandable way
- Ability to think ahead for the potential impact of changes and communicate concerns clearly
- Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts would be considered a plus
