Responsibilities:

Collaborate with IT staff to identify documentation needs in terms of content and format
Develop a variety of technical documents, including user guides, training manuals, process documentation, service descriptions, policies, and procedures
Assuring the quality of existing and newly created documents
Maintain the document repository to ensure easy access and retrieval of information
Recommend and implement improvements, including the automation of documentation development processes
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in technical documentation

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in drafting and/or editing technical and user IT documentation
Experience in processes mapping
Experience in maintaining document repositories
Excellent written skills
Proficient command of the English language (at a minimum level of C1)
Structured thinker, able to break down complexity in an understandable way
Ability to think ahead for the potential impact of changes and communicate concerns clearly
Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts would be considered a plus
