Your role

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is a brand-new team to address the challenges of identity-based security issues on our self-developed platform (e.g. defining the boundaries of the identities of Forto ‘s employees). We are not just looking for another product owner or manager. We are looking for the first person in this area to form a new product team around this topic. You will be the bridge between other Engineering teams which build products for our customers and Forto itself.

You will

navigate and guide the IAM team through ambiguous situations and align strategy with company priorities.
structure the inputs from the Engineering teams and translate it further for the team.
work cross-functionally within tech and architecture to drive engineering excellence.
own the planning process - in our case, Objectives and Key Results.

What you bring

5+ years of experience in software development/infrastructure and passion for technology
1+ year of experience in a Product Owner/Manager position
familiarity with microservices and cloud native tools
willingness to work on authentication and hate static credentials
excellent communication skills to build collaborative relationships with technical and non-technical partners
a passion for challenges
