ABOUT THE TEAM

You’ll be part of our Trading Product Operations team, where you will actively contribute to shaping the future of investing, saving, and trading in European financial markets. 

Your primary objective is to champion an exceptional trading experience for our customers. As a crucial team member, you'll engage in solving complex challenges and implementing scalable solutions, all geared towards ensuring our platform's hyper-growth while steadfastly prioritizing an outstanding trading experience for our customers.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Interact with engineers and data scientists to help ideate and prioritise solutions that improve trading execution and cost effectiveness for both customers and the firm
• Develop a deep understanding of the trading system, and leverage this knowledge to make sure trading operations are running smoothly
• Establish long term, stable improvements, working on processes, developing tools, controls and automations in Python
• Use data, and SQL analysis, to evaluate the performance of the system, find the right problems to solve or understand the root cause of an issue
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams and interact with internal stakeholders from all departments including Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Customer Service

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have preferably graduated from a top-tier technical university with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in a Science, Engineering, Technology and Mathematics field.
• We recommend that you have at least 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (high growth startup or investment bank). 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• You can break complex problems into smaller ones and are able to draw clear conclusions and formulate efficient action plans.
• You have good or advanced SQL and Python skills and are able to code to find and fix problems you find autonomously.
• You have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working with data to support your decisions.
• You can easily talk to engineers and data scientists, having detailed technical conversations, but are also able to adjust your communication to business stakeholders, making complex problems accessible and easy to understand.
