Each industry owes something to our planet - for ours this means executing the transition towards fully electrified mobility. For some reason many still believe, the switch will happen by just swapping the gas tank for a battery. But it won't.

Our goal is to build the leading platform for all charging related services. Right now we provide our customers with access to a rapidly growing network of more than 175k public charging stations all over Europe. In the upcoming years we want to become one of the leading providers for eco-friendly smart-home products and disrupt the energy market by leveraging the possibilities of electromobility.

We are looking for a passionate Technical Product Manager/Product Owner to join our Munich-based engineering team to help deliver Elli’s portfolio of software services on mobile and web. At Elli you will be part of a vibrant engineering organization of cross-disciplinary teams with a culture of knowledge sharing and agile collaboration.

Elli just transformed into E2E product teams including all roles needed to ship and operate high-quality products. As Technical Product Manager/Product Owner at Elli you collaborate closely with a business-side Product manager in order to deliver your joint vision for the product.

• Own the short and long term product roadmap for your product area in close collaboration with your business-side product manager.
• Define and prioritize product features for our users and business.
• Balance needs around reliability, security and scale with building new features.
• Work with the Engineering Manager and the Tech Lead in your team to ensure healthy delivery – including capabilities, happiness, resilience, and growth.
• Work together with our UX Designers to ideate, prototype and iterate on a new user experience for our internal stakeholders and eventually also external. 
• Collaborate closely with other Product Managers and Tech in the area to align our platform strategy. 
• Lead one or more cross-functional teams to deliver with speed and quality.
• Become a facilitator for knowledge sharing in your field of expertise.

Who you are

• You have 3+ years of experience in defining and driving product strategy as a technical product manager / product owner.
• You are experienced in building products used by large ecosystems of users and businesses. 
• You have excellent leadership and relationship building skills.
• You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels, in different shapes depending on the context.
• You are passionate about building exceptional experiences and understand what a phenomenal product looks like.
• You have a proven track record of developing and managing world-class software products.
• Experience of building products with User Interfaces together with UX specialists and designers. 
• Experience of delivering APIs as a product to other teams. 
• You know how to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things done.
• Experience with IoT devices (e.g. wallboxes) is a plus. 
• Experience in the area of eMobility is a plus.
