🎭 Role

At Pipe, we are dedicated to building an open, accessible, and unbiased financial system that empowers businesses to grow on their own terms. As we continue to scale our embedded capital product and expand our product portfolio, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for scaling and establishing our embedded capital product to become the market leader by working cross functionally to deliver large, complex projects and integrations with our platform customers.  

📽 Responsibilities

  • Product development: Work deeply with design, engineering, data science, legal, finance, partnerships, operations, and product marketing teams to implement and drive the delivery of key features or products. 
  • Project management: Execute on product roadmap and feature backlog to address the needs of our internal customers and external platform and SMB customers alike. 
  • Stakeholder management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, engineering teams, sales teams, and key customers, to gather feedback, manage expectations, and drive alignment on goals.
  • Measuring and driving results: Identify key areas / business needs and craft solutions that drive real impact. Measure key outcomes, and create observability across the company on the performance. 
  • Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the product management team.

🌈 What We Value

  • Minimum 3+ Years of Technical Product Manager experience or another equivalent technical background
  • Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional projects, bonus points if you have experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers managing complex integration projects
  • Strong interest in the fintech landscape, including trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory environment
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
