SUMMARY

As a Technical Product Manager (GTM Systems and Tools), reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM Systems and Tools, you will help shape the systems strategy for our post-sales critical functions, including PSA software, Renewals, Community, Product, and Support. You’ll be responsible for building a high-impact, scalable technology stack that drives efficient, customer-focused processes and integrates seamlessly with other company systems. With a strong emphasis on long-term vision, your role will involve cultivating relationships across teams to ensure alignment and continued progress toward world-class post-sales solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own Post-Sales Systems Strategy: Design and manage our approach to post-sales systems, ensuring tools are optimized for usability, scale, and effectiveness.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee project lifecycles from intake through to completion, using Unified Requirements & Evaluation Documents (UREDs) to establish clear goals, scope, and success criteria.
  • Intake Request Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, address pain points, and prioritize requests.
  • Relationship Building: Partner with teams across departments to understand requirements, manage expectations, and facilitate effective communication.
  • Continuous Improvement: Research best practices and industry standards to ensure our post-sales systems meet the highest standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Revenue Operations Expertise: You have 5+ years in revenue operations or product management, with experience in supporting revenue-generating teams and balancing technical and business needs.
  • Proven Technology Ownership: You’ve managed similar tools before, with a focus on optimizing systems like Salesforce, PSA software, or Community platforms to scale processes and enhance user experience.
  • Detail-Oriented and Process-Driven: You excel at documenting processes, designing workflows, and managing projects with a structured, detail-focused approach.
  • Strategic and Long-Term Focused: Balancing immediate needs with a future vision, you consider the scalability and impact of system changes on the organization as a whole.
  • Collaborative and Relationship-Oriented: You build strong, trust-based relationships across teams, listen to stakeholder needs, and communicate effectively.
  • Adaptable and Proactive: Comfortable with ambiguity, you’re resourceful and create processes to support complex systems, prioritizing solutions that make an impact.
  • Committed to Best Practices: Continuously learning and staying current with industry standards, you drive our systems toward world-class quality.
