    • Providing learning data to institutions by developing data exporting solutions

    • Developing and maintaining interoperability between our platform and different multimedia sources like video and document platforms

  • Ensure a smooth rollout of new functionality to LMS partners, mitigating limitations and dependencies.

Platform Management and Partner Enablement

  • Own architectural design of integrations codebase, to facilitate the increasing scope & volume of data synced, with an SLA commitment to the wider product team

  • Maintain, modernize, and resolve issues in existing integrations to improve scalability and reliability.

  • Optimize configurations for end users by refining interface elements like frame sizes and button discoverability.

  • Reduce support burdens by proactively addressing integrations-related development requests.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Act as the key liaison between backend developers, designers, QA specialists, and experience teams to streamline workflows.

  • Partner with product leadership to align the integrations squad’s roadmap with the overarching product strategy.

  • Engage stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of features that unblock experience teams and enhance functionality.

Metrics and Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor success through:

    • Reduction in integrations-related development requests per partner.

    • Percentage of partners successfully onboarded with wishlist functionality.

  • Analyze user feedback and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and refine future initiatives.

Key Attributes
