Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join the Platforms domain. You will work with some of our most skilled engineers on improving our development platform, build pipelines and deployment tooling to increase development velocity and reduce the effort to deliver our services. You will be a crucial part in accelerating Mollie’s growth as you optimise how our developers build, test and deploy applications.

What you'll be doing

You will join a highly energised team of product managers and engineers from various backgrounds
Your team will be a good mix of engineers of various skill levels, including some of our most experienced colleagues
You will work closely with other platform engineering teams, focused on adding value to every aspect of the software development lifecycle
You will serve as a leader across Mollie for supporting and driving innovative solutions to how we build, test and deploy applications
You will talk daily with software engineers across Mollie to understand their needs, challenges and pain points
You will work in a complex environment where you need to balance short term needs from internal stakeholders such as security and risk while delivering long term strategic value

What you'll bring

5+ years of Product Management experience
A pragmatic attitude and a passion for delivering business impact and great user experience
Enough technical fundamentals to work closely with your engineering counterparts on building APIs, platforms, infrastructure, and complex systems at scale
An ability to make strategic decisions which not only take into account user and business needs but also technical and those of your team
A data driven approach but also a willingness to make bets and a focus on delivering impact from day one
Strong communication skills with the ability to summarise complex technical topics for different audiences to promote engagement, awareness and alignment
A strong belief in inclusivity, teamwork and collaboration to achieve even greater success.
