Your Impact
As a highly motivated Technical Product Manager (PMII) you will work closely with engineering, customers, and stakeholders to build platform-as-a-service (PaaS) initiatives, as well as software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, ensuring the product meets both regional needs and large customer requirements.As a Technical Product Manager II, you will play a key role in managing the technical aspects of the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution. You will ensure that both PaaS and SaaS features, particularly APIs, are delivered seamlessly to meet business goals and customer needs. Your global experience will be an added asset in helping shape the product’s global reach and contribute to Deliverect's growth story.

A Typical Day

  • Working closely with engineering teams to define and prioritize technical product features, especially API integrations, ensuring they align with customer needs and business objectives for both PaaS and SaaS offerings.
  • Assist in managing the end-to-end technical product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch, focusing on PaaS and SaaS initiatives.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements for both PaaS and SaaS solutions, ensuring the product works effectively for large and regional customer rollouts.
  • Leverage your expertise in APIs and system integrations to define technical requirements, ensuring seamless integration of PaaS and SaaS solutions with third-party services and data flows.
  • Utilize KPIs and technical data to make informed product decisions, continuously optimizing the platform to meet evolving customer demands.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the seamless delivery of product features and integrations, with a focus on scalability, security, and customer success for both PaaS and SaaS solutions.
  • Assist in the rollout of new technical features, particularly APIs, providing support to customers to ensure successful adoption and integration.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for large customers, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on API progress and product features.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technical innovations, and customer feedback to shape the product’s technical vision for both PaaS and SaaS products.

Your Expertise

  • 2+ years of experience in product management with a focus on technical products, particularly in PaaS and SaaS environments, and experience working with API integrations.
  • Proven experience working in B2B SaaS, particularly with enterprise (ENT) customers, and an understanding of technical challenges and solutions related to PaaS and SaaS offerings.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system architecture, cloud platforms, and integrations; experience working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful API development and delivery in both PaaS and SaaS contexts.
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable product features based on customer needs for both PaaS and SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in leveraging technical data and KPIs to inform product decisions and prioritization for PaaS and SaaS products.
  • Ability to support technical rollouts for both regional and large, complex customers, ensuring successful product adoption and satisfaction.
  • Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across PaaS and SaaS projects.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the food tech space, especially in online ordering systems, is highly preferred.
  • Your global experience will be a key asset as you contribute to Deliverect’s growth, ensuring the product works seamlessly across international markets for both PaaS and SaaS solutions.
  • Relevant certifications or experience in API management, or PaaS frameworks would be a plus.

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Downtown, Toronto office location and 2 days of remote work. Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
