Responsibilities: 

• Partner with engineering, data science, product design, and customer support to consistently deliver the most impactful releases for our users 

• Communicate internally across all teams, from engineering to operations, to ensure everyone is prepared for each release and coordinate any additional testing requirements 

• Monitor and synthesize analytics and customer feedback, while working with customer support and data science, to prioritize any opportunities or product issues

• Work closely with marketing, customer support, and operations to ensure all relevant content is accurate and prepared for publishing

Requirements: 

• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Technical Product Manager

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability in both written and spoken communication that is extremely detailed yet concise.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical understanding of the product, as well as experience with engineering releases and product development cycles.

• Simplification: Proven ability to simplify and balance product releases, focusing on prioritizing shipping over prolonged development cycles.

• Internal Coordination: Experience in engaging and managing multiple stakeholders, including engineering teams, design, customer support, and senior leadership.

• Project Management Skills: Strong project management capabilities, with a track record in delivering complex projects while balancing technical trade-offs.

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in all produced work.

• Leadership: Experience in leading or coordinating cross-functional teams, including but not limited to iOS, Android, Web, Desktop, Backend, and Machine Learning teams.

• Data-Informed Decision Making: Familiarity with data analytics tools and metrics to guide product development and performance.
