About the opportunity
Platform teams are measured for their ability to enable other teams to deliver value. Working as a Technical Product Manager in one of the Platform teams of the Assistance Segment, this person will need to manage and deliver on a roadmap that aligns with the Segment vision.
The team delivers value by providing a stable, effective, maintainable platform and by creating new features and services that unlock new capabilities for others per their requirements.
The TPM will be maintaining relationships with other PMs within the Segment and beside it, as well as with technical leaders in the organization. They will be expected to manage stakeholder relationships as well as the priorities and backlog that the team will be working on, in a way that is optimized for outcome and value.
