As a Technical Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation Foxit eSign product. You will work closely with product managers, Developers, QA, DBA’s, operations, marketing, UI/UX designer, mobile team and multiple other stakeholders in an agile environment to ensure accurate and complete technical documentation. You must have solid experience in writing, editing updating, proofreading, cataloguing and maintaining technical documentation for different stakeholders. This role requires high integrity, motivation, discipline, persistence, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who thrives on tackling new challenges with a pragmatic approach.

Create,update & maintain product documentation, including user manuals,installation & deployment guides, system operations guides, release notes, integrationguides, API content and online help content.

Createmodular and reusable documentation components using industry-standardformats such as Markdown, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or the ability toquickly learn and adapt to new documentation formats as required.

Collaboratewith cross-techno-functional teams to gather information and ensure theaccuracy of product documentation.

Researchand gather information from various sources, such as product requirements,and existing document repositories, and coordinate with Developers andother technical teams on day-to-day basis

Writeclear and concise technical documents/user stories that are easy tounderstand by both technical and non-technical users/audiences/customers.

Developand maintain document templates, style guides, and best practices. Be theowner and maintain a library of documentation, cataloging it for internaland/or external use.

Beable to present the product, explain how it works and why it matters tousers.

Supportgo-to-market activities by providing clear documentation on productfunctionality, able to build technical communities.

Workwith distributed global teams spread across the world in different timezones.

Ensuredocumentation is delivered on time and meets quality standards.

Continuouslyreview and improve existing documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance,and usability

Keepup to date with the latest trends and developments in technical writingand communication.

5+years of technical experience out of which a minimum 4+ as a technicalwriter in a a based web-based software/app (SaaS preferred) organization.

Bachelor'sdegree in technical writing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, anequivalent or a related field. MBAs, and Mass Communication Graduates withexceptional written and spoken English are welcome to apply.

Researching,developing, and writing tutorials on cloud technologies and practicesusing Technical Writing Guidelines. You should be comfortable writing andlearning about topics like third-party API integrations, containers andcontainer orchestration, cloud security, networking, monitoring,deployment, microservices, and data storage. Must have excellent writingand communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concisetechnical documents.

Proficientin using tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Confluence, Asana and Jira.

Strongattention to detail and ability to organize and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.

Musthave good interpersonal skills, able to interact and understand thetechnicalities of applications.
