This is an exciting time at Aircall and the Product Marketing team is right in the center of it all. As Team Manager, Product Marketing, you will report to the NY-based VP of Product Marketing, and you will be a key member of a global team that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. 
In this role, you will lead a team (currently two people) within the product marketing organization that is focused on market intelligence and revenue enablement. You will endeavor to understand market and competitor trends, know our buyer personas and customer segments, and use those insights to support product strategy, craft positioning, and enable revenue teams. We’ll also count on you to bring your expertise to help us take our processes to the next level.

What you'll do:

  • Set team objectives and priorities based on company and product strategy, and coach and develop your direct reports
  • Gather buyer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends (for example through desk research, analyst inquiries, market surveys, customer interviews, discussions with the sales team, etc.)
  • Share market and buyer knowledge with the rest of the company, and use it to inform the product roadmap as well as to improve our marketing, messaging and positioning
  • Participate in strategic initiatives, presenting to senior leadership team
  • Segment our audience around personas and industries, and develop global positioning and messaging frameworks
  • Enable revenue teams to effectively engage prospects by providing the right tools, knowledge and content about our product, our buyers and our competitors
  • Improve and/or implement frameworks and best practices
  • Stay flexible, positive, solution-oriented and creative

What you'll bring:

  • Ability to hit the ground running, drawing upon 8+ years relevant experience

  • A proven ability to manage projects and work with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
  • Proactive communication and a drive to take initiative

  • Storytelling chops -  you can pull together multiple sources of information to develop a point of view, and you understand how to tailor a message to meet an audience’s needs
