We are looking for a User Research intern that will join a team of commerce enthusiasts! You will help steer decisions by providing evidence-based insights. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Your closest partners will be product, data-science and design and together you will determine and scope research within various areas of the commerce space.
- Execute research end-to-end. You’ll use various research methodologies to evaluate concepts and test assumptions, producing evidence-based insights that will influence product decisions.
- Share research insights in compelling ways. You’ll ensure that all stakeholders are well informed of your work and you’ll use various creative methods to share your findings.
- Work from one of our offices in Europe or remotely from EMEA.
Who you are
- You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Social Science, or a related field and plan to graduate in 2023
- A great communicator. You are experienced with storyelling and crafting actionable narratives derived from your findings
- An advocate for the people who use our product. You care about using insights to help influence change and bring the user’s needs to the forefront.
- A detective at heart. You enjoy the challenge of a new-found problem space with incomplete information. You can plan, scope, and deliver research within emerging areas.
- You’re flexible. You’re able to and willing to lead multiple projects when needed to adapt to team needs. You have a deep understanding of qualitative research methodologies and stakeholder management.
- You have at least 2 years past experience in a research role and at least one project that you can share with us.
- Nice to have: Previous experience working with data science and/or some experience conducting quantitative research.

Our paid summer internships last for 10 or 12 weeks and start at the beginning of June. The last day to apply is April 19, 2023 at 16:00 CET.
