Role Description
The Strategic Product Operations team is a centralized and highly leveraged group focused on delivering a range of impactful operating initiatives across the organization. Our mission is to enable product teams to do their best work by removing development friction and holding Dropbox accountable to the outcomes that matter most. This team partners with senior leadership across to scope, structure and implement operating frameworks that deliver on our mission.
The Strategic Product Operations team is focused on connecting driving results tackling strategic and organizational initiatives to for the DBX through strategic and organizational initiatives, and operational cadence. You will work with cross-functional teams to support a range of initiatives and internal business processes that drive growth and improvements in our ability to deliver products. Projects include formulating and executing operational plans to address process challenges and opportunities, and driving effective communication of our strategic vision to the entire organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand their operational pain points to uncover insights and design solutions / frameworks that will drive operational efficiency for the organization
- Work with leadership to help manage and run the annual product planning process and ensure that strategic goals and priorities are aligned across multiple teams
- Lead operational implementation of multiple high priority projects and prioritize dynamic workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Be responsible for building strong connections with the organization and driving a tight feedback loop, and coordinating smooth transfers of information
Requirements
- 5 - 10+ years of professional experience
- Experience working in Product - led organizations
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Impact driven and a consistent history of delivering measurable results
- Build alignment and listen well, but can also drive hard decisions, framing the different options and tradeoffs
- Experience executing cross-functional projects
- trong communication, with an ability to influence with cross-functional collaboration skill
- Balance between intellectual curiosity and the desire to roll up your sleeves and execute
- Strong product background and excel in all areas of strategy development and execution
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, collaborative environment
