Squarespace is a design-centric product company at heart. Acuity Scheduling is a distinct brand and platform that sits within the Squarespace suite of products. Acuity functions alone or from multiple access points within Squarespace. The Acuity mission is to “help businesses who rely on appointments do more of what they love.” We help entrepreneurs start and grow their service and appointment businesses by allowing clients to directly schedule appointments with our users seamlessly, helping users manage daily tasks efficiently and take away the administrative burden of their business so users can focus on what they love.
We are looking for a Staff UX Researcher to lead and support research within Acuity Scheduling. This person will primarily focus on studying our user base of service sellers and their customers within Acuity. You are passionate about understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations and highlighting them across the organization. You will work closely with product owners to guide the direction and influence of Research - staying involved with the product teams and training their colleagues to maximize their ability to understand and act upon customer needs.
You will report directly to the Senior UX Research Manager. We are open to this role being remote or working in our NYC headquarters.
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
