Staff Product Manager

The role

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join Plum in the Athens office. You’ll be expected to deeply understand conversion funnels,how users think about money, build features that align to Plum's strategy and vision, to help our customers achieve their wealth goals and to solve customer problems. 

Ideally You Will

• Set the strategy and vision for the products that fall in your domain
• Be a master in execution taking significantly complex initiatives to market
• Be responsible for helping shape the creation of product strategy for your domain
• Conduct market and competitor research to ensure Plum has a market leading product
• Work with a team of talented product-minded engineers to achieve a common growth goal
• Have a high attention to detail and can demonstrate working on world class products in your previous roles.

Ideally You

• Have proven experience building a mobile consumer fintech product/s across Europe
• Are able to manage a significant team of engineers, speaking their language and are able to communicate business needs in a constructive & timely way.
• Are able to transmit your enthusiasm to your team and make sure you are all working effectively towards your goal.
• Are excited to work in a startup already disrupting the financial industry and see it grow
• Have deep understanding of business metrics associated with the product's success
• Fluent in optimising conversion funnels iteratively
• Can make decisions quickly in an ambiguous space 
• Have experience working with marketing teams to help with growth via non paid channels
• Are fluent with data sets and are able to do impact analysis yourself of features being shipped
