THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Enjoyment team within our Consumer Experience team (CODE) in Brazil!.

The Consumer Experience team in Product & Technology is responsible for evolving our product towards providing a simple, engaging and delightful experience to help our users start and cultivate their wellbeing journey with Gympass.

The Enjoyment team's goal is to get users to have a as frictionless and delightful experience with our wellness partners as possible, whenever and however they decide to use Gympass - from booking a yoga class, to visiting a gym, attending an online personal trainer session or activating one of our partner apps.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead the product vision and execution for providing a great usage experience for our Members and Subscribers
  • Drive product requirements definition, actively collaborating with various cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Gympass to propose new product solutions as well as to continuously review and improve the current product functionality and performance;
  • Build and clearly communicate your product vision in addition to the product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders;
  • Drive product planning, build and manage high quality product roadmaps;
  • Work closely with data, product design and engineering teams to delivery well rounded, scalable and stunning products;
  • Define OKRs, goals, metrics and track their progress;
  • Explore new ways of improving existing services, products and process;
  • Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers and designers.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3-5 year experience in leading the product development of relevant consumer digital products, in close collaboration with engineering and design team members;
  • Relevant experience in mobile and web product development;
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen;
  • Analytical and quantitative skills is a must, ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate and improve product;
  • Be able to prioritize and make pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments;
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into a simple, friendly and intuitive product - being able to discuss high-level product strategy as well as technical details effectively and at appropriate times
  • Capacity to develop original ideas and propose innovative product solutions;
  • Engineering/ software development background is a plus;
  • Experience in agile development environments.
