Why We Need You!

The IT Product Manager will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with company stakeholders to ensure business goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the IT projects support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

About The Team

The Information Technology department is responsible for establishing, monitoring and maintaining information systems, security and services, including artificial intelligence solutions. Our group works collaboratively with other business units to document business requirements, then solves for those requirements through a variety of aligned platforms which make up our enterprise architecture.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leads one or more Product-Oriented delivery teams (PODs) responsible for internal business projects, system integrations, enhancements, and bug fixes. This role is typically focused on internal production systems, including the use of Ivanti Products for internal solutions
  • Gathers and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure that the product meets business needs
  • Organizes and support  the intake process for projects, enhancements and bugs. Evaluate requests in terms of need, value and effort
  • Manages product backlogs, prioritizing against other backlog items
  • Responsible for delivery of projects, solutions and fixes that meet acceptance criteria, are fully tested, follow the delivery pipeline, and are approved by CAB before production delivery. Work with IT support to prioritize and deliver critical bugs according to SLAs
  • Effective mitigation of risks and communication of status to stakeholders
  • Serves as primary face of contact for business stakeholders and other internal customers providing enhanced reporting, dashboards, weekly meetings, and sprint reviews
  • Collates feedback on Ivanti product use and features and share feedback with stakeholders

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have

  • +5 years Product Management experience
  • Highly skilled in process analysis, defining business requirements, and conducting risk assessments
  • Experience in cross-functional management and management of stakeholder expectations
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Fast learner, easily able to pivot and make decisions, with a strong sense of urgency, drive, and desire to support customer and team success
