We’re looking for a customer-focused Staff Product Manager to redefine the future of editing in a cross-platform world. This role requires a strategic thinker and executional powerhouse who can seamlessly navigate between product strategy and technical execution.
Responsibilities
Shape the future of Ironclad’s Editor tool and document platform, including leveraging AI to drive superior customer and business outcomes where appropriate
Become the go-to industry expert on contract collaboration, editing, versioning, and review.
Make bold, strategic trade-offs that go beyond replicating existing solutions—Word has a 40-year head start on document editing; true innovation requires a smarter approach.
Deeply understand our users—often better than they understand themselves—through continuous research and feedback loops.
Partner closely with design and engineering to push the boundaries of simplicity and extensibility, both in the UI and under the hood.
Define and analyze key metrics that inform product prioritization, ensuring that every decision delivers measurable impact.
Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering high-impact products.
Exceptional product sense, with a knack for untangling complex systems.
Proven ability to take ambiguous problems from inception to successful product launch.
Relentless curiosity and passion for understanding end users and their workflows.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to distill insights into action.

Experience building collaborative editing and document tools.

Base Salary Range: $190,000 - $210,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
