The Scale team at Asana is a growing crew of passionate designers and others who are "leading from the front" to scale Asana for our largest enterprise customers. We’re looking for a seasoned product designer to help us accelerate and up-level our efforts to be a top work management tool for enterprise companies.

What you’ll achieve
- Own and lead the end-to-end design process for new features and iterations on an award-winning product
- Help define strategy, objectives and vision for the user experience to meet customer and business needs.
- Experience career growth and personal development with world-class mentorship and development programs
About you
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design
- A strong portfolio that showcases a track record of design excellence, end-to-end experience ownership, and design leadership.
- May have experience designing enterprise experiences and understanding the needs of tech savvy product users.
- May have experience building design systems and exceptional UI/visual design skills
