Do you do your best work when someone trusts you and gets out of the way? Spoke is that kind of place. Small team, flat structure, fully remote, no politics, and enough ambiguity to keep things interesting. We're independent and profitable, which means we build for the long term, not the next funding round.
Design has been part of how we solve problems since day one, which means you'll be influencing product direction, pushing back on ideas that aren't right, and building things you actually believe in.
We're a small team of people who care deeply about craft, and because we're innovators and builders at heart, there's room to explore and experiment rather than just ship to a roadmap. If you know your craft inside out, are good at figuring out the best path forward when things are complex, and want to do some of the best work of your career, we’d love to hear from you.

Joining our team of four product designers to work on either Spoke Dispatch as it evolves from an early-stage product into a mature, enterprise-ready platform, or our flagship product, Spoke Route Planner, a tool designed to simplify and streamline the work of professional delivery drivers.
Tackling complex, high-impact problems with real space to shape how we solve them, building something thoughtful, clear, and genuinely useful.
Evolving the product’s structure as new features are added, keeping it intuitive as it becomes more powerful, and moving quickly without sacrificing quality.
Working across discovery, scoping, and design, creating specs in Figma and using Chrome dev tools to understand what’s happening in the product.
Contributing to a genuinely product-led company, where success is measured by whether customers recommend us because the product works well.
Daily stand-ups, sprints, or scrum meetings. On average, you can expect around one per week, leaving us time for deep, focused work and allowing us to work flexibly around our lives.
Rushing to meet an arbitrary deadline or turning tickets into designs without critical thinking. You’ll be part of a team that cares about quality and thoughtful iteration.
Managing people. This is an individual contributor role, where you will manage projects and give (and receive) feedback, but you won’t have a team to manage.
Working in a heavily layered team. We’re small and flat, which means strategy and execution sit side by side.
